Windows XP present a short way to open an item. In generally to open file or folder we must double click the item or right click an item and then click open. But with a little trick, we can modification the way to open it. To turn on this way follow this step:

1. Open your control panel by click Start button and then click Control Panel.
2. In your control panel window choose and click Folder Options.
3. In minutes the Folder options window will appear.
4. In general tab click “Single-click to open an item (point to select)
5. And then click Apply at the bottom of window and click ok

To see the effect open you document, point and click the file or folder. Right Now one clicks to open an item.
