create weblog with wordpress

after first posting that i have write about connection and setting bluetooth to browsing internet, now i will shared how to create weblog with wordpress. worpress is one of much more blog engine that there is on the internet. and it free to use. most people call it blogger tools or blogger creator. why use wordpress than blogger.com ? cause with blogger.com we can not to full access the html code. but with wordpress we can full access all of html code.

you can download the wordpress at www.wordpress.org, be different with www.wordpress.com. wordpress give easy way to user to used feature and choose design. wordpress has coded with php language and mysql databse. so, make sure that your web hosting is support with php and mysql before you install it. download the .zip file from the server and save to your computer or your notebook.

there are tools that you must provide, bellow that tools:

• text editor; like notepad or wordpad
• web browser; like firefox or opera or internet explorer
• ftp application like filezilla or smartftp. this software to transfer file from your computer to the server.
• and most important thing is that your web hosting is can to access using ftp

before the installation begin try to ask to your web hosting about thing bellow:

• the server must have the php version 4.2 or higher
• the server must have the mysql version 3.23.23 or higher

if all is okey, now begin install the wordpress:

• extract the .zip file that have you downloaded to your conputer with winzip tools or winrar tools.
• login to your weblog and create a new database and new user at your mysql on the web hosting.
• open your text editor and open your wp-config-sample.php

now the configuration is done, and your job is to upload all file to your weblog. right now i am using www.net2ftp.com to transfer file. you must upload all file to root domain. if the upload is done, now run the installation script with type this at your browser:

http://example.com/wp-admin/install.php
